Logging Back In to Outlook After Migration

This page covers the steps to be taken for first log on to Outlook after the migration weekend 29th/30th May.


Step 1:

After starting your laptop from Sleep or Hibernate modes, please Restart your laptop.

Step 2:
Once the laptop restarts, sign in as normal and connect the VPN.
Do not open Outlook
Log out of all other applications, including Teams

Step 3:
Please wait for up to 30 mins
Please keep Outlook closed during this period

Within the 30 min period, you should be prompted by an app called BitTitan as per the screenshot below:



Click 'Next' and follow the prompts to sign in. Please 'Accept' permissions when asked
IMPORTANT: when signing in your email address includes 'onmicrosoft'. Please remove this - your email should look like 'username@naturalpower.com'




You will then be validated (please click Next):



Then Finish to open Outlook:
Outlook may take some time to fully re-populate
