PaperCut Advanced Client
When you come to print, you will be presented with a pop up window where you can decide which account to register your print job against.
The default is to register to your personal account.

With either method, you can then check the box for Preferred and it will then show as a favourite project in the Preferred List.

Once you have made your selection, click the Print button to release the print job to the printer.
For those of you based in Stirling or The Green House you will notice further changes on the printer panel.

If you are just releasing the print job, nothing has changed.
However when you come to use either the scanner or copier functions you will be presented with 4 options:

If you select the option for My Personal Account, it will be registered to your account in PaperCut

To register copying and scanning to a project you can use either the Search Accounts or List all Accounts buttons
Searching for an Account will display the Enter account box:

List all Accounts will allow you to browse for the account:

You can then continue to use the device functions as normal.
Please remember to log out of the printer once you are finished.
