Microsoft Outlook app for iOS

1. Installation

The Microsoft Outlook app for iOS should be installed automatically on your iPhone, however if it is not there yet please go to the App Store on your phone and install it:

2. Log In

If you open up the Outlook app it should present you with your email address ready to be added to Outlook:

If you click on Add Account on this screen it will redirect your to the Natural Power login page:

Fill in these details with your email address and Natural Power password and click Log In to configure the account.

3. Using the App

The app is very similar in look and feel to the Outlook desktop application:

All your emails appear in the mail tab where you can reply/create new etc. as needed. If you click on the calendar tab along the bottom you can view your active calendar for the day, or change the display options as needed.

If you wish to pull your existing contacts down from the Outlook app direct to the phone you can enable this but clicking on the user icon in the top left, then clicking on the account name to go into the settings:

You can then turn on the Save Contacts option to sync all contacts to your phone. You can also use the Search option in the app to look for Natural Power users, then scroll to the bottom on the contact and click Add to Contacts:

4. Questions

If you have any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to contact IT and we will be happy to answer.
